Dresses for Haiti

Dresses for Haiti

The United Methodist Women of Pleasant Grove UMC work with The Least of These Ministries to provide many Haitian children clothing to wear. The women spend time sewing dresses and pants to send to Haiti. If you would like to participate in this mission contact us at 410-429-5080.

Rebuilding Together Baltimore

Rebuilding Together Baltimore strengthens the lives of people in our most vulnerable communities by providing low-income homeowners with critical home repairs, accessibility modifications and energy-efficient upgrades. We believe that everyone deserves to live in a safe and healthy home.

The Disability Express Group

The Disability Express Group

The Disability Express Group is a group for teens and young adults from 12 years old and up with any disability who want to have fun in the community through various social and recreational activities. The Disability Express Group provides a welcoming environment for individuals with disabilities and encourages participation in social activities, developing friendships and giving back to the community with service projects.
As the Group has grown, it has become increasingly difficult to find appropriate meeting locations. The Disability Express Group is thankful to Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church for offering their facilities for meetings and social events in the future. This will allow The Disability Express Group to continue to grow and reach out to people with disabilities by providing a home base. The Disability Express Group will be able to continue to have monthly activities such as dances, movie nights, Friendsgiving, game nights, craft days, ice cream socials and many more activities. If you are interested, please call us at 410-429-5080.
